Client Services for ATG Recommendations


ATG Recommendations, ATG's automated recommendations service, is supported by a dedicated client service team, plus statistical analysts and a full complement of operations personnel and robust supporting infrastructure.

You will find implementing ATG Recommendations to be a collaborative effort between your own technical and business team and ATG. The ATG Recommendations Client Services team assists with planning, validating use of implementation best practices, and setting up the Retailer ID. While the implementation cycle can be as short as three weeks from start to finish, the length of your implementation cycle will vary to accommodate your business' schedule.

Implementation is a Simple 4-Step Process

ATG Client Services drives ongoing support and services

ATG monitors all of our customers' sites daily, assessing trends in site metrics. In addition, the team monitors sites for any system alerts and for any activities outside of the expected range for each retailer. There is also a daily operations call where member of the Modeling team, Operations team, Development, and Client Services review any anomalies and address them.

ATG's Customer Service Account Manager (CSAM) is the coordinator when you want to schedule a site review. During a site review, ATG's client services and statistical analysts review your site's strengths and suggest ways to adjust ATG Recommendations to drive additional revenue.
