Client Services for ATG Recommendations
ATG Recommendations, ATG's automated recommendations service, is supported by a dedicated client service team, plus statistical analysts and a full complement of operations personnel and robust supporting infrastructure.
You will find implementing ATG Recommendations to be a collaborative effort between your own technical and business team and ATG. The ATG Recommendations Client Services team assists with planning, validating use of implementation best practices, and setting up the Retailer ID. While the implementation cycle can be as short as three weeks from start to finish, the length of your implementation cycle will vary to accommodate your business' schedule.

ATG Client Services drives ongoing support and services
ATG monitors all of our customers' sites daily, assessing trends in site metrics. In addition, the team monitors sites for any system alerts and for any activities outside of the expected range for each retailer. There is also a daily operations call where member of the Modeling team, Operations team, Development, and Client Services review any anomalies and address them.
ATG's Customer Service Account Manager (CSAM) is the coordinator when you want to schedule a site review. During a site review, ATG's client services and statistical analysts review your site's strengths and suggest ways to adjust ATG Recommendations to drive additional revenue.

- ATG's team of customer account managers and business services engineers guide you through the implementation process step-by-step, providing best practices and suggestions for the most effective implementation for your online store.
- The Recommendations Retailer Dashboard offers up-to-the minute information on your site. Once you designate your dashboard users, ATG provides access credentials and training on monitoring results via the Retailer Dashboard.

- Interactive reports monitor the number of recommendations served, click thru rate, average order value, and conversion rate lift.
- ATG notes emerging trends in product sales, site volume, catalog variances and proactively suggests campaigns and strategies specific to shopper behavior

- An automated process loads new catalogs on an agreed upon schedule.
- Campaign Management - ATG Recommendations offers the option to use campaigns to tailor which products are served as recommendations on your site, with a number of stock campaigns available at no charge. Read more about stock campaigns.
- ATG Recommendation Impact Reports - ATG Client Services provides a 30-day and a 60-recommendations impact analysis to help you identify additional opportunities.
- Service Requests All ATG Recommendations customers have full access to the ATG Customer Care portal. A service request entered through the Customer Care portal is answered according to services levels outlined in the Master Services Agreement. ATG Recommendations Support is available by email on a 24x7 basis. Telephone support is available 9 am to 8 pm EST.
