Registration Information and Policies


If you would like to speak with an Education representative before registering for class, please contact us by phone or e-mail.

When you are ready to register for a class you may reserve your space online. First, consult the Course Schedule page for worldwide ATG Educational Services offerings. Select the best date and location available for the course in which you are interested, and then click on the "Register" button for that offering. This will generate a class registration form. Please complete the form, providing all requested information.

Submitting the completed form reserves your spot in the specified class on a first come, first-served basis. All reservation registration requests will receive a response within one business day of receipt.

An ATG Education representative will contact you about your class reservation, and you will be asked for payment information at that time. You will be officially registered for the class once payment information has been received. We will then e-mail you a confirmation notice. You will not be charged for training until after your class has occurred.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us by phone or by e-mail at least ten business days before the first class meeting. If you cancel or reschedule after that time, you will be charged 50% of the course fee. Participants who fail to appear for a class will be charged the full tuition. Note: If you will be flying to the class location, ATG recommends that you purchase refundable airline tickets when available.
