ATG manager courses are designed to teach business and marketing managers how they can maximize the use of ATG technology. The curriculum begins with an overview of the features and capabilities of the extensive ATG suite, and follows with courses that enable managers of applications built on ATG Commerce to maximize their marketing potential using ATG Merchandising. The curriculum also includes in depth training on how to implement scenarios and target content to users, as well as how to capture business requirements and translate them into an implementation-ready design.
This course helps business managers harness the power of ATG to meet their business goals. Students will get a business-focused overview of ATG products, including the ATG Adaptive Scenario Engine, ATG Commerce, ATG Content Administration, ATG Merchandising, ATG Service Suite, ATG Outreach and ATG Customer Intelligence. The function and capabilities of the ATG Business Control Center (BCC) will be featured throughout the course. Hands-on exercises will give students a chance to interactively explore ATG technology.
This course teaches merchandisers, marketers and business managers how to harness the power of the ATG Commerce suite to attract high-value prospects, inspire loyal repeat business by adapting to customers' preferences, and effectively promote the items you need to sell, aiming them at the right people at the right time. Students will learn how to use the ATG business user Web store management toolset to meet their business goals, providing hands-on experience using the ATG Business Control Center (BCC) to manage catalogs and promotions, implement marketing strategies, and create a highly dynamic, personalized experience for your customers.

This course teaches business and technical managers how to facilitate the adoption of ATG scenarios by carefully articulating the business requirements and the design details in a way that leads to successful implementations. Students will walk away with a well-defined process for effectively translating business requirements into a detailed scenario model and an implementation-ready scenario design. Case studies for modeling and designing scenarios are used throughout.
This course introduces call center agents to the ATG Commerce Service Center, teaching them how to manage customers and orders, process refunds and exchanges, issue credits and track customer interactions. Students will also learn how to use ATG Commerce Service Center to increase sales via up-sells / cross-sells and promotional offers.
