ATG Certified Professional Program

Demonstrate your ATG expertise with ATG certification. Certification provides a strong competitive advantage for ATG Alliance developers. You can offer your clients a measurement of your ATG development capabilities and the assurance that you can meet their most demanding expectations. Similarly, we encourage ATG customers to become certified, demonstrating your ability to develop ATG-based solutions.

The ATG Certified Professional Program consists of two exams. The first exam tests your expertise with the ATG Adaptive Scenario Engine Platform, including Dynamo Application Framework and ATG Scenario Personalization^SM. The second assesses your proficiency with ATG Commerce, including both consumer and business to business tools and concepts.

Exam overview and how to prepare
The exams measure proficiency with ATG from both a business and implementation perspective, and set professional standards for ATG application development. Each exam consists of multiple-choice questions covering implementation design and solution development activities that are critical to working with the ATG Platform and ATG Commerce.

Recommended experience: ATG Platform Certification

ATG Education instructor-led courses:

• At least six months of applied Java
• At least four months of applied experience using the ATG Adaptive Scenario Engine in an application development environment

Recommended additional experience: ATG Commerce Certification

ATG Education instructor-led courses:

• At least four to six months of applied experience using ATG Commerce software in an application development environment
• Experience using ATG Commerce in both consumer and business-to-business applications.

Registration Information

• The fee for each exam is $150 USD, payable via all major credit cards.
• ATG Certification exams are offered online, from the convenience of your office or home. The internet-based testing is hosted and administered by Thomson Prometric.
