ATG Management Team


Bob Burke
President, Chief Executive Officer, & Director


A 25 year industry veteran, Bob Burke drives ATG's market leadership and long-term growth as president, chief executive officer, and member of the board of directors.

Before joining ATG, Bob held a number of senior executive and leadership positions. While at Digital Equipment Corporation (Digital), he headed up Digital's billion-dollar Systems Integration business with operations in over 45 countries. During his career at Digital, Bob also led the creation and delivery of large-scale enterprise application solutions - including strategic partnerships, and product development and deployment within thousands of customer sites throughout the world. After leaving Digital, Bob served as president of ePresence Solutions, where he helped integrate several firms into ePresence, Inc. (formerly Banyan Systems) and rapidly grew the company's solutions business. Most recently, Bob served as CEO of Quidnunc, where he led Quidnunc's return to profitability and its focus on the customer relationship management market.

Bob holds a bachelor of science in physics from Eastern Michigan University.

Julie Bradley
Chief Financial Officer


As ATG's Chief Financial Officer, Julie is responsible for financial and administrative operations, as well as investor relations activities. Julie has over 15 years of experience and a track record of success with leading-edge strategic financing and accounting initiatives. Before joining ATG, Julie was Vice President of Finance at Akamai Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: AKAM), where as a member of the senior management team she was responsible for directing all financial activities including strategic finance, accounting, tax, treasury, budgeting, contracts management, financial systems, SEC and management reporting, purchasing, travel, and internal audit.

Julie's background also includes a management role at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where she managed tax-related projects and served as lead client service manager on Ogden Corporation, Rockwell International, Bayer AG and Wexford Investments.

Julie holds a bachelor of arts degree in economics from Wheaton College and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Barry Clark
Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales


Barry oversees all revenue generation worldwide and is directly responsible for worldwide sales, channels, and consulting groups.

Barry has 25 years in sales and general management, including experience in managing corporate accounts, vertical sales teams, channels, and large geography sales organizations. Prior to ATG he served as President of Schoolkidz, Inc., a service and distribution business for the educational marketplace. Barry's background also includes general manager and sales vice president positions for large divisions at Domino Amjet and AM Multigraphics. Additionally, he held a variety of senior sales positions at Digital Equipment Corporation and Burroughs Corporation.

Barry holds a BS degree in Marketing from Ball State University.

Cliff Conneighton
Senior Vice President of Marketing


As senior vice president of marketing, Cliff Conneighton is responsible for driving the worldwide development, planning and execution of all marketing initiatives for ATG.

Cliff has over 25 years of experience in the software industry, including many high profile leadership positions. He was a founder and CEO of iCOMS, the world's first independent e-commerce service provider, which grew to serve thousands of on-line retailers, including some of the world's most prominent brands.

Cliff also led marketing for Lotus Notes at Lotus Development, driving the product from infancy to its position of dominance in the groupware market, with a half-billion dollar revenue stream and millions of users. For this effort, he won recognition by marketing guru Geoffrey Moore, who characterized it as "one of the most extraordinary marketing achievements in years", by Advertising Age Magazine with its "Marketer of the Year" award and by Tom Peters in the In Search of Excellence audiocassette series.

Before Lotus, Cliff was the vice president responsible for Gartner's largest software practice. In the mid 90's, as the founding VP of Marketing of BBN Planet (now part of Level 3 Communications), he was instrumental in starting one of the first and largest commercial Internet backbone providers. Earlier, he held product and marketing management positions at Texas Instruments and Digital Equipment Corporation.

Cliff is author of Venture Management Handbook: An Entrepreneur's Practical Guide to Stock, Finance and Contracts, which hit the number one position in the venture capital category on Amazon.com. He also chairs the New England Marketing Roundtable.

Lou Frio
Senior Vice President of Services


Lou oversees ATG's professional services, support, education, and hosting operations, integrating these critical customer-facing functions.

He comes to ATG with more than 20 years of experience managing worldwide services organizations, business consulting groups, and managed services offerings. Lou joined ATG from Unisys Corporation, where he oversaw the integration of the security and identity access management division of ePresence, Inc. (formerly Banyan Systems) following its acquisition by Unisys in 2004. From 1994 to 2004, Lou served in a variety of positions at ePresence, including Vice President, Consulting -- North America; Vice President, Managed Services; and Director, Worldwide Support Services.

Lou graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology in 1985, with a Mathematics major and Computer Science minor.

David McEvoy
Vice President and General Counsel


David has been ATG's General Counsel since September, 2005. Before joining ATG, he was a partner and Group General Counsel of Gores Technology Group, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm. At Gores, David served as a member of the M&A group and as general counsel of the Gores' technology-oriented portfolio companies. Before that, he was Senior Vice President and General Counsel of VeriFone Inc., a San Jose, CA developer of point of sale hardware and software. From 1999 to 2000, David served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Mattel Interactive in Los Angeles, CA. David has also practiced law at The Learning Company, an educational software company in Cambridge, MA; and at the law firms Powers & Hall and Hutchins & Wheeler. David holds a juris doctor degree from Boston University; a masters degree in economics from Ohio University; and a bachelor of arts in political science from Vassar College.

Patricia O'Neill
Senior Vice President of Human Resources


As senior vice president of human resources at ATG, Patricia ONeill has assisted ATG's organizational transition since 2000. She leverages more than 30 years of human resources experience at companies in various industries and stages of development.

Prior to joining ATG, Patricia served as senior vice president of human resources at First Data Investor Services Group, a $400 million division of First Data Corporation. She also served as vice president of human resources at Liberty Financial Corporation, a securities distribution company, and Stardent Computer, Inc., a 3-D graphical workstation company. In addition, for 10 years, Patricia served in various human resource capacities at Prime/Computervision Corporation, a mini-computer manufacturer, including several years based in Prime's Scandinavian subsidiaries.

Patricia holds a bachelor of science from Westfield State College, a Masters in Psychology from Goddard College and an MBA from Suffolk University.

Drew Reynolds
Senior Vice President of Corporate Development


Drew is responsible for partner development and strategic relationships, including mergers and acquisitions. He most recently served as vice president of corporate development at Hyperion Solutions, a provider of business performance management software, where he was integral to the company's acquisition strategy, deal sourcing, transaction execution and integration efforts. Drew led or supported the acquisitions and investments that grew Hyperion's revenue from $500M to $900M over a five year period.

Prior to Hyperion, Drew worked in corporate development at CMGI, a technology holding company and venture capital firm, where he was focused on deal sourcing, M&A, and partner management. He also spent several years as an engagement manager at Sapient in the business consulting practice advising Fortune 1000 companies on a broad range of strategic and operational issues. Previously, he was a sales executive at Transition Systems, Inc. a provider of decision support software for the healthcare industry, where he was a key revenue contributor leading to the company's successful IPO. Drew also spent time at Oracle in a strategic marketing capacity where he developed market positioning for its application solutions in the High Tech Manufacturing and Semiconductor industries.

Drew holds an A.B. from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University.

Ken Volpe
Senior Vice President of Products and Technology


Ken leads ATG's efforts in extending its software solutions for online marketing, sales, and service, as well as developing and delivering ATG's strategic product direction. As part of his duties, Ken works both internally with ATG's product and development teams and externally with the company's partners and customers. Additionally, he works with executives and customers to align ATG's product strategy with future market needs.

Ken brings over 20 years of high tech product management and product marketing experience to his role. After joining ATG in 1998, Ken became Vice President of Product Management in 1999, and Vice President and General Manager of Platform Products in 2003. During his time at ATG, Ken has led product management, product development, product strategy, product marketing, technical marketing, and technology partnership organizations. Before joining ATG, Ken served in senior positions at Radnet, Banyan Systems, Cambridge Technology Partners, and AT&T Bell Laboratories.

Ken holds a bachelor of science in electrical engineering from Brown University and a master's of engineering from Cornell University.
