ATG and Accretive Commerce Form Strategic Alliance to Deliver Fully Integrated Commerce Solution
Accretive Commerce to Serve as Value Added Integrator of ATG Commerce OnDemand

Under terms of the agreement, the two companies will fully integrate ATG's best-in-class eCommerce applications with Accretive Commerce's market-leading customer care, fulfillment, and logistics solutions, resulting in a new and unique end to end e-commerce option. The solution is available immediately and being actively marketed by both firms.
The ATG and Accretive Commerce alliance has been formed to address the challenges consumer-facing organizations currently encounter in developing an effective direct-to-customer channel for their online businesses. Until now, options have been limited to either purchasing disparate e-commerce, customer care, and fulfillment technology and services, resulting in a cost-and resource-intensive vendor search, as well as potential integration issues; or outsourcing their entire e-commerce business, settling for inferior technology, and relinquishing branding and merchandising control. The ATG and Accretive Commerce alliance presents an alternative that overcomes these obstacles by offering a fully integrated, cost effective solution, including best-of-breed software delivered as a service, plus best-of-breed customer care, fulfillment, and logistics services.

Additionally, the companies have already completed a number of successful integrations in which major retail brands, including Restoration Hardware and American Eagle Outfitters, have used ATG Commerce to power their sites and at the same time have turned to Accretive Commerce for fulfillment and customer care to enjoy significant improvements in their cost structures, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
