  • Time off – We know you'll love working here, but we also recognize the importance of taking time off. As a full-time ATG employee, you get:
    • Three weeks of vacation (four after four years of employment) plus company-wide holidays and personal days
    • Ten sick days per year
    • Eight weeks of maternity leave or two weeks of paternity leave
